The National Hamfest is supported by the major manufacturers and dealers of Ham radio equipment in the UK. We also welcome Companies attending from Europe, USA and Japan making this the premier UK based Amateur Radio Event.

Space is available based on a 2m x 2m area including a table, one table being 2m x 760mm with space behind for you and a supplied chair. The cost is £85 per table, should you require a bigger space multiply £85.00 by the number of tables required, electricity is available for a one off fee with a fair usage policy in place, at £50 per socket. WiFi and Internet is managed by an Internet services company for a fixed fee.
Most of the exhibitors are within the hall which is 102m x 24m with a high ceiling allowing Antennas, flags and banners for identification, subject to health and safety. All Space inside the hall is pre-booked and must be prepaid before the event. Payment by Bank transfer or cheque in advance. Space is allocated first to returning exhibitors and to suit the bigger stands, therefore, there has to be some flexibility to enable everyone to fit and Danby will try to accommodate your space requirements and position as much as is possible.
