There is a Camping and Caravanning Facility within the Newark & Notts Showground which includes the use of showers and toilet facilities.

Bob G3VCA (you may see him whilst you are at the event – he is one of the volunteers on the National Hamfest Staff) runs two small hotels within easy driving distance of the showground.
