Car Boot

The Car Boot at the National Hamfest 2013 is going to be a lot bigger and better than 2012. With over 4,000 visitors to the event it is the ideal event to sell your unwanted items. and there is no restrictions to what you can sell (as long as it is legal) Time to clear out your shack or attic and make a bit of money.

The Car Boot is Turn Up on the Day and Pay Prices for the Car Boot will be £15 per 3 metre X 3 metre  pitch + 1 table (not including vehicle which can be parked behind your pitch) Tables are available at £3 per table supplied. No more than two adults are allowed per car, any other adults must purchase a ticket for the event.

Restrictions apply to the size of the vehicle accessing the Car Boot which is limited to a car derived van, larger vehicles may be refused access to the Car Boot by the Hamfest Staff and their decision will be FINAL. Please use the form below for any inquiries about vehicle size.

The gates will open at 7.30am for access to set up the Car Boot and will be closed by 9.15am. Anyone arriving after 9.15 and to comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the site, will have to wait at the gate until an escort is available to take them to the Car Boot area.

To be compliant with the Health & Safety regulations of the site and for Insurance purposes you will be required to restrict all your goods to the confines of your pitch.

The event closes at 4pm and you will be expected to start packing up at that time as the whole site must be completely cleared of visitors and traders by 6pm. Only National Hamfest Officials are allowed on site after that time for security purposes.
